Silverlight Developer runtime not installed
I have been getting "Silverlight Developer runtime not installed" message while trying to debug Silverlight 4 applications in VS2010 though I have installed the SDK. Seems this runtime is different installation altogether. You can install it from http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkID=188039
